Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, rector of the university of Tlemcen, presided over the work of  University’s  adminstration extensive council, on Monday, march, 20,2023 , at the level of the Faculty of Economics, Business Sciences and Management Sciences, to discuss the distribution of the budget 2023
